Our tiered membership structure is designed to reflect the size of your organization, ensuring fairness and equity while supporting our collective advocacy efforts.

ORA Membership Levels
Why Membership Levels Are Based on Company Size?
ORA membership fees are critical to funding our advocacy work, resources, and initiatives that benefit the entire sector. This includes lobbying for policy changes, representing our members’ interests with government bodies, and providing resources that support best practices in rehabilitation services.
We base membership levels on the total number of staff within your company—not just the individuals who will directly access ORA resources. This approach ensures that our advocacy efforts are proportionately supported by all members, reflecting the full scale of the organizations we represent. After all, our work benefits your entire company, not just select team members.

*Please note: All ORA memberships will automatically renew annually. If you’d like to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time, just by contacting admin!
**Need help deciding your membership level? If you are a sole practitioner, you would fall under the 1 FTE membership level. However, if you contract HSPs or have other clinicians on payroll, you would fall under one of our other membership levels. Trust and Verification
We value the integrity of our members and trust that companies will register under the appropriate membership tier. However, to maintain fairness across our membership, we may review publicly available information, such as company websites and online profiles, to verify that organizations are registered at the correct level. This helps us ensure that membership fees are distributed equitably, supporting the sustainability of our advocacy work.
